I’ve gone through this, it helped when I realized that me and the average hot girl are the same insofar as we wanted to be left alone and not gawked at. Once you realize gym culture is really about everyone being on their own island then it stops being a big deal. Everyone there, in their way, is going through the same emotional insecurities you are.
