Lots of Earthbound, play through it every few years. Playing Mother 2: Deluxe currently, nice to mix it up. Super Metroid and Link to the Past are others I revisit regularly and found randomizers really bring new life to things. www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

What is your motivation for believing? Really seems to me that people don’t believe in anything by default, and then are indoctrinated in some religion in their youth. They failed to indoctrinate me, which I suppose technically makes me an atheist but it’s really just not selecting some silly religion in my youth. www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

While it’s still not a good movie, Evil Dead 2 feels like it shows significant growth over Evil Dead 1. It’s still a bad movie, but not as bad as the first, making the original a bit more entertaining so it doesn’t get a lot of credit. www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

I found that, lately, nostalgia can open the flood gates. But emotional distress just isn’t one of my triggers. I don’t know why, it just doesn’t activate that part of my mind. When I’m upset my mind usually just races. www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

My car probably, if used correctly you could make the news for sure. Beyond that, probably the most dangerous to me is that tile bathroom and bathtub shower; I get into it once a day and I just know one of these days I’ll slip and who knows how bad it’ll be www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

Imagine if we knew all the math governing the matter in the universe, if we had a snapshot of matter-placement for any point of time, we could extrapolate the positionings at any point of our timeline. Then, imagine if we had the ability to reposition that matter, we could recreate the conditions of any point we like. You may argue that ‘well maybe you could do this with a solar system, but there are billions of humans on our planet, not to mention all the lower life… would you be able to precisely predict their movements based on one snapshot?

You know, there is an actual bright side to most situations. With the pandemic, I get to stay home to work and skip traffic, small talk, wearing pants, pretending to work when I need a distraction, spending money at restaurants… www.reddit.com/r/AskRedd…

I came up with dial-up in the ’90s, and around the turn of the century we had in-home broadband and that felt a bit transitional. I remember when everything started shipping with Wifi (802.11B) that was a turning point. Also, Google Assistant doesn’t get enough credit. Lately, when I walk in the door the lights come on and the AC kicks in, that’s been in full swing for about 5 years now.

I had good experiences overall, met a lot of girls - many of them found fault in me and we only went on one date, but I saw several girls a few times and sometimes even hear from one or two out of the blue. But eventually, after about six months of taking it seriously, I met my current girlfriend whom I love to death and have been with for going on five years now.
