I got one of these last week, I like it a lot so far. The major issue I’ve had so far is with the two WD-15 docks I own. The one at work works more-or-less, but it doesn’t bring the system out of standby. At home, the display has stopped working. This reminds me of the early days of my XPS 9550 (same laptop, a few generations ago) and these problems were totally solved by the time this laptop came along. The other major issue is the fingerprint reader isn’t supported, but it looks like the libfprint people are working on it. Otherwise, it’s been a great laptop for Fedora 30. Everything else seems to be well supported. The wifi didn’t work out of the box, but I plugged in a USB device and ran the updates and that sorted it out.
Edit: I was also pleased to discover that my 45 watt USB-C PD battery, that I hoped would work for my 9550, does work with the 7590.
