The way to handle this is to get up and leave. If he acts insulted, tell him your not wasting half an hour of your time. Don’t play stupid games.

Daily weighing has been the best thing for me, do it first thing every morning and days your up remember there’s one thing you can do about it!

First of all, it’s important to build a good foundation before you start hiring people. Decide on coding standards, and the basic tech stack, and make sure you have a nice project management system and process in mind. Nothing worse than hiring people only to discover they aren’t capable of working in the environment you’re giving them.
The biggest question is do you want to recruit top-tier talent, or do you want to recruit locals and train them up?
I would suggest using something Jekyll or Hugo (https://themes.gohugo.io/) and using GitHub Pages to freely host it. No databases, files are all stored in markdown, and it’s easy to customize and build your own themes if that’s your desire. Doesn’t cost anything.

My best advice for Will Smith is to just go away for five minutes. I mean you slapped a guy, shouldn’t have done it, there’s really no living it down. We’re all kind of ashamed. There’s no grand atonement. Just apologize and stop squirming. Also, dump Jada because damn.

Lots of Earthbound, play through it every few years. Playing Mother 2: Deluxe currently, nice to mix it up. Super Metroid and Link to the Past are others I revisit regularly and found randomizers really bring new life to things.

You half-heartedly help, don’t do much to save her from herself, and all along the way you report how hard you’re trying to help her and how it’s like she isn’t trying and making your life miserable. Work in a few “it would be easier if I could just handle it” really set the stage for her

I grew up there, it’s fine. A bit of a tourist trap, but other than the “dirty” parts it’s a nice place to be. Stick to the Market Commons and Mall areas and you’ll feel like a yuppie

The Quest 2 is great, but everything else about Meta screams cringe. It makes them extremely unlikable, seems like unless they figure out how to be a bit cooler it will ruin them.
