      <description>&lt;p&gt;For lunch you could be eating a salad without the bread, and make this your dinner portion. This doesn’t strike me as too bad, I imagine it’s the other calories you’re taking in. Liquids can be especially damaging, really should stick to water and 0 calorie sodas and the like.&lt;/p&gt;
