OP is an idiot. What’s actually going to happen is that I and all my countrymen are going to fund a pool that pays doctors when we see them. Doctors will want money, so in an effort to get paid will make sure they can charge that pool whenever I come around. At no point will guns be involved, and I can assure you doctors really like money.
